You have time for what you make time for. I find myself dodging meetings due to lack of time. Or pushing my gym schedule for tomorrow because of more 'pressing' engagements. Despite my best intentions, the personal engagements get clouded by professional demands. Or being so overwhelmed with it all that I go on a #Netlix binge. Has any of this happened to you? Every person has the same amount of time every day. So do Fortune 50 CEOs. They, simply use their time differently. My mentor asked me to try this for a week. Stop saying you don’t have the time and admit you didn’t make it. It's a reality check! It made me think harder and question my commitment to my goals. If you want something bad and you're committed to it, you WILL make time for it. Set your priorities. Controlling your calendar. Strive for efficiency. By sleeping better as well and not compromising rest. Audit and learn to say NO. In the end, it all boils down to - You have time for what you make time for.
