She was the kind who would blend into the environment. Would prefer to be quiet than speak up. She was never the one to begin a conversation without a prod. I met her a few days ago and asked how she was doing. She said calmly, "Well, there was a situation. I was meeting a client and was on my way in my car when a garbage dumpster veered extremely close to my vehicle and grazed it right through, sliding us off the road." I asked, "Was all, okay?" She smiled, "Yes. I got out. Stood right in front of the dumpster, in the the middle of the road and gave him a piece of my mind. I didn't budge till he/his employer had promised to reimburse my expenses." I was amused, "And?" "We had a heated argument then he resigned and handed me his licence. I handed him my business card and instructed him to get his employer to connect with me. He was employed with the Municipality. Yesterday his officer called to "settle". I suggested he do what any citizen would do - pay up and apologize. He's coming today to the office and has agreed to do both.' Raise your voice, it'll get heard. Keep quiet and watch it drown. #coaching #selfmastery #farzanasuri #victorycoach #lifecoach #relationshipcoach #courage #bravery #corporatetrainer #motivationalspeaker #businesswomen #wordsofvictory #businesscoach
